Masdar Institute of Science and Technology
Masdar City is the world's first carbon-neutral, zero waste city with Masdar Institute of Science & Technology (MIST) being the first project to be completed.
Al Bahr Towers
The project consists of twin 25 storey towers, located in the busy Salam Street area of Abu Dhabi city. One tower will be the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC), while the other will be the main office for the newly-established Al Hilal Bank
Ferrari Experience
The world's first Ferrari theme park and largest indoor park in the world, this project is one of the centrepieces of the YAS island development in Abu Dhabi.

Vox Cinemas
Majid Al Futtaim Ventures owned VOX Cinemas' 10-screen cinema in Muscat City Centre (MCC) is the largest in Oman and was developed in tandem with Qurum City Centre's (QCC) 7-screen. Both venues opened in 2014.
Al Mafraq Hospital
First established in 1983, a US$870 million major expansion was completed to triple the treatment rooms to 690 beds - sufficient to cover the cities demand until post-2018.
Samariya Towers
