Region’s first Saint-Gobain Multi Comfort House to showcase Gyproc solutions

We’re excited to see the region’s first Net Zero Carbon Multi-Comfort House taking shape in Masdar City - the Middle East’s innovation and sustainable building hub.

The Multi Comfort House will be built using our latest energy efficient innovations and design solutions alongside other modern, high-performance Saint-Gobain materials to optimise well-being, high-performance and sustainability.

Gyproc will be supplying innovative Gypframe X metal and Glasroc X boards as part of external Saint-Gobain façade system along with internal partitions and acoustic ceilings for ultimate acoustic, fire and thermal performance.

The project is targeting LEED GOLD certification and Estidama 4 Pearl Rating.
