We provide transparent and verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to
our customers. These documents, based on the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), describe
in detail the environmental footprint of our products, from raw material extraction to
production and processing (called “cradle-to-grave”). The declarations are third-party
verified, ensuring data quality and reliability.
In the UAE, we work with schools and universities on programs designed to upskill
the next generation of building designers on the techniques of sustainable construction; with low-energy pioneers, like MASDAR, to develop the next generation of sustainable building solutions, and with our employees and resellers to keep them up to date on the latest developments and solutions.

Buildings affect the way we live. We spend up to 90% of our time inside, so it’s important that our homes, schools, hospitals, offices and other buildings are designed to not only keep us safe and comfortable, but to acknowledge and protect the fragile environment around us.
Which is why Saint-Gobain developed Multi-Comfort thinking.
Multi-Comfort is about building and renovating our buildings to provide improved comfort and wellbeing whilst protecting the environment. We start by incorporating the Passive House standard to ensure very low energy demand and Thermal Comfort – not too hot, not too cold. Then we add in high levels of Acoustic Comfort for sound control; enhanced Visual Comfort with just the right amount of natural light and then high levels of Indoor Air Comfort, bringing fresh air in and keeping pollution and odours out.
