The building is a repair workshop for heavy machinery and warehouse. The main requirment of the project is chemical resistance and high strength flooring that can give a colored surface finishing. In this area equipments with heavy loads are used and subject to maintenance and repair. Therefore the need for an epoxy flooring material to be used because of its chemical resistance and resistant to heavy loads, ease of cleaning from different type of oils and chemicals. In addition to above challenges, the purpose is to provide a decorative product at a specific thickness (between 3 to 10mm)

The purpose of the required solution is to give a decorative product to be resistant to abrasion and chemicals since it will be used for storing heavy loads machines subjected to frequent maintenance. Therefore a good substrate preparation is needed by proposing weberep epo 412 CRY as an epoxy crack repair. In order to increase the bonding between the substrate and the final flooring compound, webereposil plus was applied as a primer before 24 hours from the application of weberfloor epopark that was used as a decorative epoxy flooring product resistant to abrasion and chemicals.
