The project involves the construction of seven mixed-use residential towers with a total built area of 83,000 square meters offering 525 residential units.

This is one of the most unique residential developments in Abu Dhabi. The project will include more than 35,000 square feet of commercial, coworking, restaurant and retail space. It will also include a water feature.

Handover time as those projects are usually sold off plan
Level of coordination with MEP due to space constrains
The volume of work and areas

Outcome

Being related to the project as a supplier
Supplying full systems for lining and ceilings
Using both Gyproc and ISOVER products
Level of coordination and work with Mais which helped in building up the relationship better
